Our lemon marshmallows have just the right amount of lemon flavouring with a touch of yellow colouring to make them reminiscent of the most amazing lemon meringue you have ever tasted. The ingredients are simple:

- Glucose syrup and water
- Halal gelatine
- Tapioca starch
- Icing sugar
- Cream of Tartar
- Lemon flavouring

- All our marshmallow tins are sprayed with a rice bran oil/canola oil. Gluten is not detected. However, the product is made in an environment that handles gluten and other allergen products. Store in a cool, dry place in its original packaging for best results.
- Some drying and crystallisation may occur as the moisture content reduces over time. However, this does not affect the taste or your enjoyment of our marshmallows. The marshmallows may stick together within the packaging. Just pull apart and enjoy!
- Marshmallow colours and sizes may vary due to the uniqueness of handmade products. Store away from heat sources, unless you want to enjoy a delicious, toasted marshmallow.
